Shipping Information

ViraPress International’s domestic orders are shipped FOB – Shipping Point, by Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service. Domestic orders will be shipped within twenty-four (24) hours.

For international orders, the customer will designate best way to ship and provide the customs and import forms to accompany the product into the designated country. Orders may be shipped collect to any account using Federal Express, DHL or UPS. Please, be prepared with the account number for collect freight billing information.

Warranties and Disclaimers

ViraPress International warrants that products sold are for the described purposes only. Any product that does not meet the expectations can be returned within 30 days of receipt. The product will be replaced or the purchase price refunded to the credit card of purchase.

Return & Refund Policy

ViraPress International’s customer service department is available to assist all customers should any problem arise. Please, inspect all packages upon arrival and notify ViraPress International immediately of any damage or discrepancies. Customer Service number is 855.256.0895.

Prior to returning any items, please contact customer service at the above number to obtain a Return Materials Authorization Number (RMA). Customer Service Representatives will provide clear instructions for proper return of product, replacement or refund. All products must be returned within five (5) business days of the RMA issuance.
